I work as a hypnotherapist, psychotherapist and coach in Kilkenny city and I help people feel more relaxed and confident instead of overwhelmed or stressed.

Hypnosis was a revelation for me because it showed a way to overcome emotions and behaviours that were holding me back.

I work privately with people who want to free themselves from unwanted habits, go beyond their problems and get more of what they desire in life.

Every day I help people with a variety of issues, from quitting smoking to losing weight. Lifting Depression to conquering fears and phobias.

For almost 15 years now, I've been amazed at how effective hypnosis can be at easing people’s minds and helping them make changes they want to make.

Ever since I qualified as a hypnotherapist back in 2007, I’ve been passionate about helping people using strategies that are practical, evidence-based and solution-focused.

Since then, I’ve trained in NLP and Mindfulness, along with Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (C.B.T) and Human Givens Psychology which I find work really well with hypnosis in bringing lasting changes to so many of my clients. 

The most rewarding part of my job is seeing people walking out of my office, more at ease and in control of their lives.

I love that there really is an answer to many of the problems that are so common today, and that there are practical, solution based tools for people to make fast changes, quickly and easily.

  • HG.Dip.P (Distinction) Human Givens post graduate diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling.

  • Professional Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with PCI College Dublin.

  • Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with the Hypnosis Training Academy. ( Trainer- Igor Ledochowski )
